The chunky texture adds a sense of warmth, while the silk imparts a subtle sheen, giving it a lustrous quality. Tussah silk comes from the cocoon of the silk worm. This type of silk is valued for its rustic charm and is used to create textured and distinctive fabrics. It is also known as wild silk and is a so-called “peace silk”.
