Payment, Shipping and Returns
Payment
Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Swish or Invoice. Invoice via Klarna is possible for Sweden, Finland, Norway and Germany. The currency must be set to each country's local currency in order for this payment option to be available. Swish is possible for Sweden only. The currency must be set to SEK.
Card payment or PayPal are the payment options for the rest of the world.
The invoice will be sent separately by e-mail and the payment term is 14 days. The invoicing is powered by Klarna.
Shipping
MASKA offers free standard delivery to the EU & US for orders over SEK 3000 / €300.
For other prices, see the chart below. We ship with FedEX and DPD to all countries in the EU except Sweden. Within Sweden, we ship with Postnord. Outside EU we only ship with FedEx.

All orders are shipped within 0–48 hours the following workday. During peak seasons, the delivery time might be prolonged.
Typical delivery time is 1-2 days within Sweden, 3-4 days to Europe, and 3-4 days to the rest of the world.
You will receive a shipping confirmation together with a tracking code once the order leaves our warehouse. Please note that it is your responsibility to follow the shipment and make sure the home delivery is successful.
Unfortunately, sometimes delivery companies miss out on notifying the receiver, and therefore it is important that you track the parcel too. If you note any delays or issues in the tracking, please contact us at shop@maska.se as soon as possible for further investigation.
Unclaimed orders will be handled as returns and charged for return and delivery fees. With deliveries outside of the EU, unclaimed orders are, in some cases, sent to overgoods to be abandoned instead of being returned to us. Please note that in this case, no refund will be registered.
All orders to Sweden will be delivered to your nearest Postnord service point. For the rest of the EU, delivery will be to the delivery address. We ship by both FedEx and DPD. FedEx and DPD delivers between 8am and 5pm, so if you are not at home during these hours, please consider using your work address as your delivery address.
Exchanges & Returns
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. Returns can be made within 14 days from the date you receive your order. All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all their labels and hangtags still attached and intact.
To request a return and receive a return shipping label:

Log in using your email address—either via the menu in the top right corner or through the “View my order” link in your order confirmation email.

You don’t need to create an account; simply use your email address to access your order.

Once your order has been delivered, a "Return" button will appear on your order page. Click it to submit your return request.

After we receive your request, we will send your return shipping label via email within 24 hours.
If you're unable to access your order or complete the return request, please email us at shop@maska.se and we’ll assist you.
Be aware that you will receive a return label from the same freight company that you ordered with. (The only option outside of EU is Fedex.)
Due to security reasons, we only accept returns sent with a shipping label from MASKA.
Kindly be aware that the customer is responsible for both shipping costs and return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.

Hand in the return parcel to your nearest FedEx or Postnord/DPD access point. To find your nearest access point, please visit www.fedex.com.
To make an exchange, please return the item you do not wish to keep and place a new order by yourself via maska.se.
Defective items:
Our products are made with very high-quality standards. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the ordered item or find an unfortunate defect, please contact our customer service at shop@maska.se for further instructions. For efficient handling, please kindly describe the quality issue in your email and attach photos of the whole garment as well as the defect area, so that we can help you the best.
Prices
Goods delivered outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import VAT which are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs department for further information regarding import taxes.
All prices include 25% VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, the total price will be 20% lower than the prices listed in the webshop. The VAT will be deducted at checkout after you have chosen delivery country at checkout.
If you live outside the EU, import VAT + charges will most likely be lower than the VAT deducted. This means the total cost should not be higher than the price including VAT listed on the MASKA website.
Most countries allow importing without VAT + charges up to a certain amount. This amount vary greatly from country to country. Visit your country's customs home page and check under "importing".
Please take import taxes into consideration if you plan to send a gift or if you list an alternative delivery address. The recipient might be billed by FedEx at handover.
Claims
The Swedish law, Sales of Goods Act, gives you the right to execute a claim within three years, provided that the goods were faulty at the time of delivery and if it is a defect from production. If you receive a faulty product we would like you to contact us as soon as possible via email, although latest within 60 days. Email us your order number with a description of the defect and how it appeared to shop@maska.se. Attach a few photos of the product that shows the product in whole as well as the defect in detail. As soon as we receive your email we will consider if it is a defective product and get back to you within 30 days of receiving your email. All claims need to be approved by MASKA before being sent back.
If your product is defective, it will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent product. If we can't repair or replace your product, you will get a refund for your product within 30 days.
Purchases of items at maska.se are subject to Swedish law.
Security & Privacy
All transactions on the MASKA site are processed using a third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Customer information is kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of MASKA.
