Returns & Exchanges
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days from the date you receive your order. All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all their labels and hangtags still attached and intact.
To request a return or exchange and receive a return shipping label:
Please select your country below and follow the instructions provided in the Returns & Exchange form. If your country is not listed, kindly e-mail shop@maska.se with details of the product you wish to return.
If you're unable to submit a request or there are any questions, please email us at shop@maska.se and we’ll assist you.
Be aware that you will receive a return label from Postnord / DPD. (The only option outside of EU is Fedex.)
Due to security reasons, we only accept returns sent with a shipping label from MASKA.
Kindly be aware that the customer is responsible for both shipping costs and return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.

If a purchase is completed with free shipping and you subsequently return one or more items resulting in the remaining order value falling below the free-shipping threshold, we reserve the right to charge the standard shipping fee as well as the applicable return fee. These costs will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
When a purchase qualifies for free shipping and one or more items are later returned, causing the remaining order value to fall below the free-shipping threshold, the standard shipping fee and any applicable return fee will be charged. These amounts will be deducted from the total refund issued.
Hand in the return parcel to your nearest FedEx or Postnord/DPD access point. To find your nearest access point, please visit www.fedex.com.
Defective items:
Our products are made with very high-quality standards. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the ordered item or find an unfortunate defect, please contact our customer service at shop@maska.se for further instructions. For efficient handling, please kindly describe the quality issue in your email and attach photos of the whole garment as well as the defect area, so that we can help you the best.
