Compare the waist and seat width listed for each MASKA garment to a pair of trousers that already fit you well. Simply lay the garment out flat and measure as indicated on the sketch. Double the number and compare it to the measurement in the table. Please note you need to compare with a pair of trousers of a similar waist height.
